Is the bill check really free?
Yes. Entering your bill and seeing your estimate costs nothing, and there's no obligation to become a member. Membership is optional and only comes up after you've seen what we found.
What information do I need?
Just your most recent electricity or internet bill. We ask for the details shown on it — such as your usage and what you're paying — and your address so we can identify the right market for your property.
What happens after I submit my bill?
We compare your costs against relevant benchmarks and show you an estimate of any potential savings. If there's an opportunity worth pursuing, you can ask us to investigate it for you.
Do I have to switch providers?
No. You decide whether to act on a recommendation. BillScope AU does not complete the provider switch for you. Once you have your recommendation, you complete your signup directly with the provider.
How is BillScope AU funded?
Your initial bill check is free. If you choose to explore your options further, BillScope AU offers an optional annual membership for $49. There are no hidden fees, and we never take a percentage of your savings.
